Meet the artist!

Monjira Sen, a recent graduate from Seneca College’s illustration program, is excited to announce the launch of their freelance illustrator business in Toronto. With five years of professional experience as an illustrator in India, Monjira puts their unique experience as a coloured queer artist into works that represent progressive ideas with effervescent & witty sincerity.

Monjira specialises in comics along with editorial illustrations, book illustration and also takes up commissioned artwork. Their past work includes children's educational content, editorial pieces promoting inclusivity and empowerment, and comics addressing mental health issues.

"I am super excited to bring my passion for illustration to Toronto and share my work with a broader audience," says Monjira, "As a queer artist from India, I strive to create art that resonates with people from all walks of life and promotes positive change."
